The Ultimate Fighting Championship travels to Austin, Texas, to hold UFC Fight Night 22 at the Frank Erwin Center. Texas Instruments (TXN), the maker of processors for a variety of electronics, announced after the market closed Thursday that it will increase its dividend and add more fuel to its share buyback. Such announcements indicate management's confidence in the company. "These actions are evidence of our company's ongoing commitment to return value directly to our shareholders," said Rich Templeton, TI's chairman, president and chief executive officer. The company lifted its dividend by 8% to 52 cents a share annually, for a yield of about 2%. This is the seventh straight year the tech giant increased its dividend.
